Dog minding started by accident, when a friend's wife sadly died which meant his GSD would be alone for 8 hours at
a time while he was at work. Emma the dog had always got on well with our collie Taz whenever we'd meet on walks,
so John asked me, if we could look after her while he was at work or away for a few days.
Word spread throughout our small community and some days we'd be minding up to 7 or 8 dogs.
Amazingly enough they all got on well together.
I have been dog minding for over 10 years now and many customers have asked me if I would groom their dogs properly.
So having qualified as a professional groomer, I now offer both services, either at my home or mobile.
I live in Woodbridge with my husband, grown up daughter and 2 springadors in a semi rural part of Suffolk with a
garden of about 1 acre in size and look after other dogs on a regular basis. Minded dogs live with us as part of
the family and often don't want to go home, as they miss the companionship of other dogs and hopefully of us too !
For ease of service dogs can be collected from you and returned later, but I do ask that the dog has
already met us with you previously at our home. Alternatively I can offer a mobile service and groom
your dog in your home, I realise that some owners prefer their dog is the only one on site at a time.

MINDING
For 1 day (drop and collect same day) £10 More than 1 day £8.50 per day
Weekly £60 Weekend (drop Friday collect Sunday) £35
Please bring dog's bed, food, toys (optional), lead, medication and vet details.
GROOMING
Full works includes, bath and dry, clip, clean ears, empty anal glands and cut nails approx 2 to 2.5 hours.
Small Dog (e.g. chihuahua) £25 Medium (e.g. spaniel) £30
Large (e.g. rottweiler) £35 XLarge (e.g.Wolfhound) £40
Dogs should be worm and flea free, but this can be treated
for an extra cost, & hopefully you'll have up-to-date vaccinations.
If any extra costs are involved you'll be advised when you bring
your dog along, & a health check is performed before you leave him/her.
Discounted rates are available for more than one dog ..
All dogs are treated as part of the family whilst being
